Walmart - Xbox Kinect $98

Wow, I just bought a Kinect this month. Coupled with my 3DS price drop, I would've been furious. But I got my Kinect for $100 + a $50 gift card so I guess it's alright.

Cheaper in Canada? Wow, I've been wanting a Kinect, but the $150 price range is stopping me. I will buy it less than 100. $98 Canadian = about $103 USD
It's very tempting, but what games would you guys recommend to someone who's about to buy one?
Dance Central, Kinect Sports and (especially) Child of Eden are generally the most well-regarded of the Kinect titles (CoE doesn't require it, though). If you have younger children, they will probably like Kinectimals (which just had a new version announced that includes bears). There are also some fitness games that are supposed to be good, I hear.

Haven't played Child of Eden, but I agree with the other 2. Kinectimals is surprisingly fun. Has Halo easter eggs. Kinect Adventures is pretty good too (comes with kinect). Just doesn't have a wide variety of games.

Kinect Game Labs is loaded with a bunch of fun stuff and most of it is free. Avatar Kinect (part of Fun Labs) just came out. Only tested it once, but it has a ton of potential.

I promised my niece and nephew an Xbox 360 with Kinect for the nephew's 8th birthday. I got an Arcade Model 360 for $80 off of Kijiji and this $98 Kinect was a big help, too. Instead of paying $340, I got a very lightly used 360 and a new Kinect for $190.74 total. This came at a great time.

They didn't have any at the Wal-Mart near my home so I drove to WM Lincoln Heights and it went through at $98.

I will install it for them on August 9 (the nephew's birthday) and then trade their old Wii games for Dance Central and a work-out game for their Mom.
