Preorders were for Europe and Canada also got some apparently. There were a few guys that gave codes away on gamefaqs, but I missed em.

Thats the thing that baffles me, I went in gamestop and got the whole preorder speech for Ninja Gaiden and they never once mentioned the code, didn't find out until a day after the game was out. Crappy advertising at its best.
