The site basically serves as a middle man between you and Yahoo! Japan auctions.

I was thinking about buying it through them, but it gets pretty expensive after shipping and commission fees. I also don't like that I wouldn't be able to directly communicate with the seller, so I can't really ask about the products condition. I may buy through them as a last resort. The book shows up on Yahoo! Japan auctions often enough (right now there are 4 currently listed). Thanks for the suggestion though.
