Uh no there not released. check any site, Amazon says November 23, 2004. If he has them they r probably bootleg copies from ebay.

Plus, I think we will see a big promotion for these -- I have a feeling they will be a big item this Xmas. If they were out now, we would all know.

Plus none of my wal marts, sam goody's, shopko's, best buys, circuit citys, targets, or anything have not even mentioned having them soon.
