Check Blockbuster. Not Gamerush but the actual Blockbuster stores. I saw a couple at BB for $15, I think.

last I checked EBgames.com had new ones for $20

My local Gamerush did have them for $10.00. When I went back to buy, they were sold out. But I did find a used one there for $7.99.
