Interesting thing. The title appeared to be back in stock at WBshop so I placed an order on 12/7. My order was shipped today.

I'm pretty sure the Manhattan edition is the normal version just in a Manhattan head shaped package. The Ultimate cut is a longer cut with the cartoon segments added in like the comic book.

I finally gave up on the BR and settled on the DVD version for $15 AC.
 
heh the wbshop probably had a small stock of these somewhere
placed an order early dec and received it last week
very sure it's not a reprint
