Are there any websites that sell gaming hardware with free shipping and no sales tax?

It all depends if the state you live in has a shipping center or brick and mortar store there too.

For example, since Amazon.com's main HQ is in Seattle, WA and theres no distribution center in California, we Californian's do not have to pay tax on anything we buy from there.

DeepDiscount doesn't charge tax for me. I think they're in IL, so you might get tax there.
