Pretty solid price on Hoshigami Remix and Gun 360 for those that can't find it at their local CC.

Good start, GameQuestDirect!

Hoshigami Remix: Running Blue (DS) $18.99 - CAGHOSHI

nice start BUT I think your going to see this game come crashing down very quickly . many places ordered a lot of these games thinking they will be

VERY RARE

but instead of it being VERY RARE It was just VERY VERY BAD

paid 20 bucks for it shipping Via amazon

Paid 30 but since they didnt have it in stock 4 a week they gave me a 10 buck gift code for my problems

Played it for around hour and tossed it in the junk pile

isnt this the place who tried to pass all of those

WE found a pile of persona 2s so buy them for 50 even though they knew they were all reprints.

Im going to stay far away from this company cause they screwed me over big time with the other game with persona

i ordered 3 but the shipped 5 and charged me for 5 and they wouldnt take them back unless i paid for shipping back and they even took more money off

i would be very careful

yikes, thanks for the info slidecage. i thought i was gonna get a deal on hoshigami. no wonder no one was raving about it when it came out :( what a disappointment.
If the CC sale wasn't this week, I would jump on Gun.
I just checked the sticky post for this week at the top of the forum, but didn't see anything. What sale are you talking about?

It wasn't a well recieved game when it first came out, why would anyone think that anything would be different the second time around.

The biggest gripe I have about Hoshigami was it was almost devoid of strategy. Why? Because you pretty much have to level up to win, unless you get good magic setups. You have to do this because the enemy outnumbers you in almost every single battle about 2.5 to 1. Yes, that means for your 7, there are usually about 20 enemies. Factor in that all your characters will usually go all in a row, and nothing flashy or even entertaining about the battle system will make you want to stick around to watch all the enemies go. So expect to put in your moves, put your DS down for literally five minutes or so, then pick it up, repeat. Stupid story, too, although it gets a little better near the end. I finished it, but I can't praise it at all compared to pretty much any PS1 strategy game (except for Eternal Eyes ...). Vandal Hearts, Vanguard Bandits, FF Tactics, etc: all better.

I dunno but the girl on the back cover has a NICE RACK. Isn't that a selling point alone? They should have put her on the front cover in that outfit. Would have sold MILLIONS.

What the hell are you talking about? None of the big retailers - Best Buy, Circuit City, Target, KMart, Sears, TRU, maybe even Wal-Mart - carry this game except for GS/EB. This is the best deal currently for it and you're not going to find it at one of the big stores (so no future insane clearance price).

Not a bad start, although nothing for me this week. I'm glad they offer a lot of different shipping options, although the shipping options I'm most interested in (USPS First Class or Priority) are expensive enough to kill a lot of potential sales for me.

Hoshigami is freaking hardcore....I had to stop playing it cause I was tired of spending 45 minutes to only get my ass kicked at the end and have to re-do the entire battle...4 times...

Definitely NOT recommended to a casual strategy/RPG fan as the game allows for an extreme minimum of tactical error.

Thanks Cheapy! I'm in for Konductra at $13 shipped.

One question for the future. Do the coupon codes stack? For example the $5 off $50 and the free shipping over $75 coupon?

not saying its a bad price im just saying i think alot of online places thought this was going to be a rare title. I know i wont be trading or selling my copy. maybe one night im very bored i will go back to it BUT with other better games out there its just something i cant see putting major time into right now
Hmm..pretty price on Hoshigami but the shipping is a bit steep for me.
Yeah, if not for $5 shipping I would definitely consider Hoshigami.

I bought mine at Walmart : )

oh, didnt even see that for some reason...been waiting to find it cheap and i guess thats cheap enough for me...shipping is a killer though

Thanks!

I got Konductra for $13 shipped, which is a great price!

The only place around me that has it is GameStop for around $30.

Shipping costs are going to be the make-or-break for some CAGs on these deals, like me. Nice to see that the current deals will go until Monday for a full week.

There's a shipping cost of $3.99, even though it takes 10 days to arrive.

I know Hoshigami isn't suppose to be very good, but I'm a sucker for strategy RPGs. And shipping is only $3.99 for media mail (about the same shipping price at vdoWarehouse.com) which I think is pretty reasonable given I don't have to pay tax on top of it.

Anyway, thanks Cheapy!

Is Koductra a reprint? I don't want to buy stocks and think video games are a good investment.

On a serious note, is Kondtuctra any good?

The reviews look pretty bad, and the game seems kinda bland. I think I'll pass. Can't wait till next week GQD.

GQD usually sells games greatly priced than other online companies. I'll stick with BB, CC and Target for cheap games or if it's an Atlus game, than I'll order it online via another gaming website.

I'd get gun but I dont feel like jumping through hoops and paying out the nose for shipping to Canada is what I want to do.
Is Koductra a reprint?
Maybe, but it doesn't really matter because you will not be able to tell the difference. Nintendo does not use security strips.

I have had a hard time finding this game at gamestores and at a reasonable price. I was wanting to pick the game up after watching some videos on IGN, but I was not going to pay $30 for it. I think the game is definitely worth the $13 shipped.

Good deals if you want 1 of the above games only, but it won't let you stack coupons and it won't even let you use the Hoshigami and Konductra coupons on the same order.

Too bad. I'd have bought Ninja Five-O + Hoshigami + Konductra if I could at least use 1 coupon per item.

Hoshigami is tempting but the shipping kills it for me. The prices look great on the surface, but I've shipped via media mail before and $4 for a single ds game seems awfully high.

And if they are really going to let us suggest or choose future deals, how's about luminous Arc and Persona 3. Anything close to these prices and i would probably order both regardless of double shipping rates.

It's called a joke. :(

Nope. Coupons won't stack at all.
Can we stack the CAG coupons? IE free shipping + 10 dollars off?
