This site is great and i've been using it for over a year now. I've gotten $210 in gift certificates for Amazon.com, $80 of which is in my account right now that's going towards Rock Band.

The cheapest prize [ point-wise, and IMO the best prize ] to get is the $10 Amazon Gift Certificate [ Points:9,443 ], which equals about 4-5 surveys. They offer many other prizes, but the Amazon GC is the best deal.

Avg Survey in points - 1850-2000+
Avg Time to complete - 10-20 min [ if you answer truthfully ]
Prizes usually ship next day and take about 5 days to arrive.

The only bad thing about the site is that you don't always qualify to do the surveys [ usually the surveys from OTX ]. But they have about 5+ surveys added every week. And remember to check daily because some surveys are up for a very limited time.

I've gotten $30 worth of Amazon GC's so far, still trying to get more but lately all of the surveys they put up, I'm not "qualified" for them. *sigh*

Trying to work my way to being able to go half and half on a Slim PSP.
 
The site is great, unfortunantly, you can't really do a lot of the surveys. It is only eligible to certain people. For example, if you put in like: John Adams, 17, Pennsylvania, White (race). If one of them isn't one that they want they will cut you off.

Other than that, it's a great site. I ordered a $20 Walmart Giftcard and recieved it a few days ago after like 3 weeks on the site.
 
I went back 2 weeks later and there was one whole new survey, besides the ones that disqualify you based on invisible criteria. Disappointed.

How exactly do they verify that you are under 18?

they don't verify.

when you claim your prizes, they state that they will verify your info but i've never been bothered about it.
