Dashboard contest, open to the US only. You have to download the registration Gamer picture as usual, but you also have to download specified content/ play certain games online to get entries.

Getting the most entries will require buying crap and playing crappy games online. However, it seems you can also get a few entries by downloading the specified free apps. So yeah, go nuts.

Also worth noting: more than a few of the eligible downloads seem to overlap with the current Deal of the Week.
 
I'll enter with the gamerpic, but it is irritating when you own part of the arcade games and DLC but it doesn't count because you didn't buy it at this exact time. Cool about the free app downloads though.
