What is the Best Game Price Guide(s)

I've been looking for a good resource in order to get an accurate estimate of replacement cost of my game collection (which went with the house during a fire last week). I'm needing it to provide to the insurance company which will be handling cutting the check for replacement cost.

I found this magazine on the web:

Anyone have any experience with it? Is there somewhere else I should be looking? I had contemplated going through Ebay completed auctions and doing an average, but there's quite a few titles to go through.

I've been tracking my games through GameSpot for years (which has most games I've thrown at it, except for some random Japanese Saturn and TurboDuo games), and their system has an estimated collection value, though, I'm not sure how accurate that is:

Yea, I've got receipts for most of my current-gen games, but can't say I have receipts or bank statements for games I purchased as a kid :D
 
Yea, the whole second floor :)

The structure is there, and you can walk around, but there's a huge gaping hole in the side of the house/roof:

If you check out the third pic, where the firefighter is holding the fire hose, he's standing right in front of the window to my office which was in the side room of the first floor (so, as you can probably tell, when that water came down, it came down on top of everything in my office, which is where all of my games were, including my mint dedicated Mortal Kombat II and Killer Instinct machines).

The firefighters did an amazing job, throwing tarps over what they could inside.

Though, it's all just stuff, my wife and I and our dogs are all safe, so we aren't bothered, just a hiccup in the restoration process of the house that we've been working on for the past 5 years (albeit, a major hiccup :)
