What is this whole OTT thing I see everyday?

I keep seeing people mention OTT. Sometimes the context makes it sound like it is a person, but other times its definitely not a person. My curiosity has finally gotten me to make my very first post, just to figure out what this thing is. Thanks.
 
It's a place to chat about random stuff. Just make sure you have a extremely thick skin before you post in an OTT.

It's a bunch of dudes who got together and ripped off the idea of the GGT in the General Gaming forum. You should really go there, it's much better.

You can look up OTT in the FAQ section or anything else for that matter.

I personally posted in the OTT a few times but I never really found it to be interesting. There are a lot of in-jokes from CAGs that you have to be aware of to understand anything...
