The auction in question was for several old, semi-worthless strategy guides...
Someone with 0 feedback won one of my auctions a couple days ago. Immediately prior to placig the winning bid, the bidder sent me a question-
This question was asked 2 minutes prior to the end of the auction! Neverminding the horrible english, my response was, "As shown in the picture as well as described in the title and description, this auction was for strategy guides, not games." To make matters more confusing, the bidder paid for the auction before I was able to respond to his question. Now that the package is ready to be shipped, I get another e-mail from the buyer as follows-
I have made a 2nd chance offer to the next highest bidder (another 0 feedback
). Assuming that doesn't go through, how should I proceed? Do I ship this out anyways, since I already have his money and say that his bid was a binding contract? Do I refund his money, make a mutual withdrawal (or whatever it is, so I can get my fees back), and relist? Stupid people annoy me and I really would like to just ship him the guides and say "sorry, bids are binding contracts. Try reading the descriptions and not bidding on things you don't know about."
