Whats the best street racing/drifting game out for the 360 excluding tdu unlimited

I vote for Import Tuner Challenge. We're talking street/import racing - I'd vote for PGR3 for overall racing.
 
NFS:Most Wanted is a cracking game, especially for $20 which is what I paid for it. It's also more a street racer than PGR3 or TDU.

PGR3 is a great racing game with excellent online support but IMO TDU is a better game, best racing game I've ever played infact.
 
If you tune the cars in Carbon for drifting, it can be quite fun. Stringing together a 75,000 point combo in one section along the canyon can be quite exhilirating. The demo on Live doesn't really capture it well and it takes a while to understand the mechanics.
 
I'm not sure what you mean by "racing/drifting", but these are my favorite racers:
