From my experiences with them, the PV copies are usually in worse condition than used. Since more people have handled the discs. It also be mentioned that it's a toss-up on which one you'll get if you order from them through Amazon. Because they do not state in their listings if it's used or previously viewed.
Kinda off-topic, but wanted to ask here instead of creating a new thread. Do they send an email when they send out a replacement copy of something?
Because I ordered a DVD, but only got the case. Called around tuesday and was told I would be sent another copy. I haven't received an email saying the replacement was sent. I'm just wondering if I should do a follow-up or not.
