Some guy has some auctions where you can buy new games for under $20, he send you the link to a site after the auction is over. Is this legit? Has quite few neg feedback from this.

it's crap. some people post this kind of junk on Craigslist, too. some crummy list of some wholesale websites that supposedly offer new stuff at cost, or a hair above. everything i've ever heard about them is negative, and i think that guy's feedback probably reflects that. either that, or he sucks at e-mailing URLs.
