When does the Buy one used game get one free deal from Gamestop arrives????

When does the deal from Gamestop to buy one used game and get one free of equal or lesser value arrive?? Does anybody know?? and do they have that deal when a new console arrives????
 
it seems to happen every other week or so. and it is not a true buy 1 get 1 free deal. it is actually buy 1 game at $19.99 or more, get one game $19.99 or less free.

Can anybody give me a date or something?? Cuz I really need a Xbox 360 very bad, but I am kinda low on cash so yea. All help wll be greatly appreciated.
