When does the deal of the week change?

I did a search, but it wasn't working properly. Google didn't answer my question. I was just wondering at what date and time Microsoft changed the deal of the week, each week. I'm still debating on the Call of Duty maps.

I would say Monday by 10am (EST) is the safe bet. Sometimes it doesn't get updated until afterwards, but seems to rarely happen before then.

It normally happens around 10AM EST, though it's been sometime at noon EST or later.
