When Free Gears Games?

I just picked up the ultimate edition of Gars of War and was wondering when the other Gears games will be available for download?  I did a little digging and I'm hearing November.  I'm not a part of their backwards preview program.

I imagine they will come out at launch of backwards compatibility or just shortly after.
