Where do I get online discount for new games?

I wanna buy a new game like valkyria chronicles but I doubt new games are on sale. I do however need them to be bought online though coz I live in asia. And I will send my item to US where my sister will bring it here.
Tedious process but they do come here often. I just buy stuff in US and they bring it here!
Any recommendation of online shop where I can get a discount on Valkyria Chronicles?
 
For valkyria chronicles next week it will be $44.99 at circuitcity.com

In the future check out play-asia.com. They usually charge about $5 more for US games, but they are in Hong Kong and can ship right to you.
