Dell usually has a 15% coupon on systems, that may or may not work on the PS3. I don't have the coupon code, but that's something to look into.

I also saw a recent thread for a $250 PS3 phat 80GB with a 2nd DS3 controller.

You can get a refurb 40GB PS3 phat from sony for around $230.
