I haven't bought a psn game since Pixel junk monsters but i clearly remember using my credit card to pay for the game I think it was 10 bucks.

Some people from other countries are able to buy stuff. It also depends on the address verification system the banks use. I'm not getting a new credit card in another bank just for this, and to maybe find out that it also doesn't work.
I hate being the guy that has to ask people to share PSN downloads... But I won't overpay the PSN credits either
