Wherehouse satisfaction question

I just received a used copy of Baldur's Gate: DA II from Wherehouse.com, and it arrived with no instruction manual. Their website says that all used games come complete with all items. Has anyone else experienced this problem with Wherehouse?

How is Wherehouse about shipping the other items that were left off an order? This is the first time I've ordered from them, and I want to continue to get great cheap deals from them, but only if they make it up to this time.

Other people have said that when they screw up they are usually VERY helpful about correcting it. I'd suggest contacting customer service.

I just noticed while on the site that they're giving $25 trade in credit for quite a few titles, some of which, like god of war, can now be obtained new from some stores for $20. Might be something to take advantage of.

I haven't traded anything into wherehouse.com since the 33% off went out, but they were very helpful to me as far as customer service went. I ordered about 30 games/dvds, and I recieved about 4-5 games that didn't work. I e-mailed them about it, got a quick response much like yours. They sent me replacement games for Midnight club 3, madden 06, and a few others and they didn't even want me to send the non-working games back, they just sent me new ones. So I took the ones that didn't work to gamestop lol.
