Okay, so I was out doing some shopping and stopped by a local thrift store. Apparently a pawn shop donated a TON of stuff. There were a HUGE number of bread machines, video cameras and game consoles there. They had a stack of the old grey PS1s (no cables/controllers), 2 N64's (with cables/controller), 1 SNES (no cables/controllers and yellowed plastic), 1 NES (with cables/controller), a PS joystick extender (gives 4 player capability), 2 SNES controllers, 1 SNES mouse, several SNES games, a few NES games (some even in the original boxes), about 3 Genesis games and even 1 Sega game (tennis I think) on a card.

Ah, but that wasn't the best of it. The best was that they had 1 DC (complete with cables/controller) and 2 DCs (no cables/controller). I snagged all three for just under $23 (+tax), Woohoo! I almost picked up both of the N64s but decided not to since we don't have any games to test em out (and, I was already picking up the DCs).

I tested them when I got home and the ALL worked! One of them was a version "2" so it wouldn't work with my GameShark. :{ So, we now officially own FIVE Dreamcasts...lmao. I plan to put two of the away for our boys when they are a bit older. I may sell the 3rd one (version 2) on ebay or end up keeping it for parts (controller ports, laser assembly, powersupply, case).

I also picked up a tub of legos (originally 1000 pieces, I'm not patient enough to count and see if they are all there...lol) for our boys for only $5 too.

This makes up for not finding anything at the 3 for $15 classic plastic sale at GC I guess. :}
