Which 360s have the Jasper? Do any elites?

My launch 360 just got the RRoD and i am sure it's well past it's warranty which means that i am in the market for a new one. I have been looking around and i am having trouble discerning which SKUs actually have the Jasper chipset, so far only the arcade seems to have a 100% chance of having them. Are there any elites that have it?

Major Nelson posted a video a while back pointing out that the RE5 Elite were Jaspers. I don't think there are any black Elite Jaspers though.

considering i open up 360s all the time i can tell this from experience: every 360 made after november 08 is a jasper

So i have been looking for the RE5 Elite and they seem to be long gone, Sears.com has them in stock but i looking at the companies reviews i doubt i'll ever get it...

No Jasper? just run external fans at the console; fans not powered by the same source for the 360 of course.
