Which of these games is better?

Lookin to spend $30 on a game at BB using BB Bucks. Which of these is better? I do realize they're totally different games, but which is a better value at $30?

mercenaries is decent but it wont totally wow you.

I like katamari but i think its an extremely overrated game.

katamari...after much anticipation, i couldn't get into mercenaries...but i will give it another shot sooner or later

This is for online. I'm using in-store to get RE4 (PS2). Thanks though.
