Why am I being charged for shipping from Gamestop.com???

I put in all the promo codes I needed but for some reason they aren't honoring the free shipping! The only thing that's possibly excluding it is the "Other exclusions apply" but I don't know what it is.

I have EDGE stacking with CAG16 but I need free shipping!

Anyone know???
 
Yea, SAVER. It says that it wasn't able to work and was excluded. I got the others to stack but SAVER won't work. There's supposed to be free shipping on games over $25 on Gamestop right now anyway. Reading comprehension, DERP!
