Why must games never have price drops at Compusa and FYE??

The past week I have seen and passed on.

RAD for $44 at Compusa
Tales of Symphonia for $50 at FYE

It seems like FYE and Compusa never drop any of there prices on games. At the FYE near me, Beach Spikers for GC is still $50 new and at Compusa, 1080 Avalanche for GC is also marked $50.

It seems like all games at these two places are always usually at least 10 overpriced if not more.

I can't speak for FYE, but I personally have found CompUSA a pretty miserable place to shop at.

CompUSA has the worst prices ever, even if you are buying computer parts they still charge you an arm and a leg. I went there a couple of weeks ago cause a buddy of mine works there and they still charge $50 for 64MB of ram.

FYE does drop prices (RAD is still $40 there though), they are usually just either not marked or snatched up quickly.

yea FYE also has a low selection of games in their stores good thing I transferred the store credit to a gift card as I can use it online also!
