Just got a brand new cell phone (LG vx8100) and I need a miniSD card to use with it.

looking to get one hopefully bigger than 128mb... but will settle for a smaller one too :)

I will buy, or trade for the card! post or PM.. thanks
 
Um... what's so weird about asking for a miniSD card?

And how well does that phone work? I was looking into a phone with miniSD but opted against it as it was really expensie (the phone) back then.

MiniSD cards are really cheap, I've seen 512MB for $50. Good luck.:)

i'v only had it for like 4 hours... iv been messing around with it for that whole time though..

havn't really got too much of an opinion yet... but the keys are a little slippery... maybe thats just me though

I have a Sanyo 5600 and bought a 1GB mini sd card off of ebay and love it ( I can put about 4 high quality movies on it). Some good websites to check out are

hey, a buddy of mine had the lg vx 8100 and it is crap..i am telling you this right now..the memory card is pretty much worthless unless you plan on saving just pictures onto it without being able to look back at them.. the camera lags at high quality..you have only 2 megs for ringtones but yet the phone has 512 meg built into it..NO MP3 support...damn verizon for it..the media player is in a hidden directory and wont play anything still...the battery life loves to just croak...the bluetooth is figity with certain headsets.. overall the phone sucks only becuase verizon crippled it... in my personal opinion, go back to verizon, get yourself an e815, native mp3 support and a whole lot more.. get yourself a data cable and you really will be suprised with what you can do (cough, OBEX).
 
nothing for nothing, but i would really think about your phone dude, since you have 15 day return policy on the phone. the moto e815 is a much better phone for the price and features you can get out of it..my mom has it and hates it..verizon was supposed to put a new flash out for it but denies it and so does lg. the deny on working on a fix for all crap.. i just truely hate verizon and how they love to destroy all of their fones. the e815 is highly unlockable witha data cable. even if you dont plan on unlocking it, it is a much better fone in my opinion..heck i have one and love it. mine was a replacement for my old v710. verizon had been getting sued over it becuase of the misrepresentation of bluetooth and transflash port.. they exchanged my v710 for the new model and ive never been happier. ive been using moto phones for a while and dont think ill ever go back to anything else. just watching out for ya man, letting you know what else is out there and its something you should seriously sit on.

I think you made a good choice in the 8100. I got to use one for a little while in the store the other day and I really liked it and a friend of mine has been using one for a few weeeks and has no trouble with it. The Bluetooth works really well and the picture and video qualityu is the best I have seen on a phone yet. Keep is posted on how things work out with it.
