uh wow.. I guess it is.. I just called them and they told me $499 w/ two games cash or atm only. I asked them if that was allowed cause thats ridiculously overpriced and they said "yes its allowed because once we get it from nintendo we can sell it at any price we want." What a horrible price, I bet you can get this cheaper on eBay.

I believe that in fact is NOT allowed i they wish to recieve more from Nintendo.

I saw this at the West Covina GameQuest after inquiring and said "what a ing rip off", knocked over the magazine rack, and left.

Is it illegal? No. But if Nintendo found out a official reseller was doing this, they may have problems in the future with Nintendo though.
