wii remote HELP

I got a wii for the kid and new Mario bros need 3 more wii remotes I have looked online Nintendo brand 40 each any deals ? are the after market NYKO remotes crap ? are the ebay 21 dollar remotes crap ? should I get wii play or resort and the 3 remotes how many good games are there play with numchuck

Wii Play is a good value, AMAZON has it for $40, but for the other two I'd risk the 3rd party Nykos. They seem semi-quality (we stock em at the store I work at)

You're going to want at least two nunchucks, depending on what games you get. Alot of shovelware titles don't include nunchuck support but alot of good games use both.

Unfortunately there are rarely any sales on the first party Wiimotes...
 
wii sports resort doesn't come with a wii mote, only the new wii motion sensor...the image on the box at a glance can be misleading. wii play, is like a small expansion to wii sports that was bundled with your wii...but it does come with a wii mote, you're basically paying $10 for the software that most likely no one will play after they try it.

So if $ is a factor, you'd be better off not investing in Wii play and just use the extra $10 towards another controller. How many good games use the nunchuck? Quite a few multiplayer ones.

it's not necessary as you hold the wiimote sideways so it's S/NES-esque. It may support it for alternative controls but I haven't had any issues playing sideways -- it's a great game!
