Are wiis really that hard to find? The other day i saw an auction for $481+35 shipping for a new wii on eaby. Thats almost double the price and right now on ebay, wii sports is selling for 91+7 shipping and still moght go higher:

If prices are this high before decmeber has even started, will the price of a new wii go for 500+ and wii sports 100+ during mid december? Whats your opinion?

I would guess that they will go higher. As parents get more and more desperate to make their children happy for Christmas (completely missing the point of Christmas...), they will spend even more. I am considering selling my Wii once I complete Mario Galaxy. I will just buy one again months later. I have a massive backlog of 360 games anyway.

I just bought a Wii for my family for the holidays. It means we'll have two Wii's in the house, one in my room and one in the living room. There was no need for a second copy of Wii Sports, so I pulled the sealed one from the new one and put it up on Amazon. It sold in an hour for $100.

Nice rebate.

Wiis are hard to find. Nintendo is catching hell trying to keep up with an impossible demand. I want one but I understand that I may not get one for Christmas. If so, catch up on my DS games. Yet, either way Nintendo will be chilling under my tree. Relax and wait for news and also prayer helps.

Even I'm shocked that Nintendo hasn't been able to meet demand yet. But I've got a feeling that hoarders are a bit issue with this.
