good deal, but like it was said these have been gone for a while. Its basically just the same SFIV stick they put out when that game came out. Just rebranded. It should just be called Madcatz Fightstick (TvC version) or something. I see these posted a lot on here and they're all the same. Some people might skip over Brawl stick even though its the same stick just different color/sticker on top.
This & the Brawlstick are completely different than the original SF SE sticks. The PCB's were redesigned to be much more reliable. Also, the joystick lever & 8-main buttons are a completely different design than in the SF SE stick (components in there were garbage). These new components are near Sanwa quality components because Madcatz copied their design. There was a comparison thread on SRK showing the internals to prove this. Basically, the only difference between these new components & Sanwa are just the springs. I've opened both & can confirm this. Only prob is that there's no consistency to these new components since I've purchased some that were super nice & tight yet others were loose & had a bigger deadzone (I've purchased 6-7 of these all brand new). Lastly, the Brawlstick has an extra PCB (compared to the TvC stick) so you can perform a special move (forgot which one exactly but I think the wrestlers signature move) by holding either 2- buttons or a direction on the joystick lever & select at the same time (I think it's the latter).
I do recall the thread about it dropping before, but just the same, $12.99 was too ridiculous of a price-drop to ignore posting it for (maybe) someone.
Also of note, the WWE Brawl-Stick is the same one as well, just with hairy-muscly dudes on it instead of japanese cartoon characters.
The TvC stick is for the Wii & the Brawlsticks are available for both PS3 & 360.
