Wii U pro controller on eBay

So I just got a Wii U and wanna get a pro controller and I seen some on eBay from like China and Hong Kong for like, $22-28 range. I was wondering if anyone knew about these and if they are cheap knock offs or the real Nintendo deal. They are pictured in the Nintendo packaging so I was just wondering before I bought one.

If they come from China or Hong Kong there is a 99% chance you are going to get a knock off no matter what the picture shows.
