I have a hard physical standard copy of "The Walking Dead" for the 360 that I no longer need since I purchased the digital version via the marketplace. Any thoughts that this will increase in value and I should just hold on to it? Or should I just return it back to Gamestop and get my $33.00 back for it?

I would return it and try and pick it up when/if it goes on sale. I'm sure this didn't have a big print run but it will be awhile before it completely disappears (if ever) an goes up in price (if ever).

However we had an entire thread full of idiots that made fun of those who tried to do similar things with the Collector's Edition... and guess what? It's out of stock (online).... BOTH SYSTEMS.

No, not while there's a digital version. No reason to keep a physical unless the game is taken off the marketplace and you can't download it. That may happen eventually when the licenses expire, but by then I'm not sure you're going to find a large audience for it.

Yes because only a million were made so if you keep it sealed for ten years you will be rich.

Collector's editions are hit and miss for all games, but it's rare for a standard edition game to go up in value. This one does have potential being a niche and episodic game with somewhat limited release, but you will be holding onto it for awhile - I would say until the next gen of systems are the mainstream before you see a significant jump in value.

I usually use Amazon as a guide, meaning if it's still in stock there, it's not at all rare...yet.

well, you could keep it sealed. I plan on keeping mine that way till TT patches the damn thing and makes it playable, which at this rate may be next gen era.
