yep, someone will buy it without looking at the auction!! even the wording is very deceptive in certain spots! i don't think the sale would hold up based on the tricky wording.

I can't argue with that. Some schmuck will fall for it, even with the pictures of empty boxes.

I am a big believer in 'what comes around , goes around' , so hopefully the seller will get his in the end. Maybe not today, but somewhere down the road.

I personally could never screw someone over like that.

I guess to answer the original post. I think it will sell. Someone will be stupid and not read the whole auction and they will bite. Hopefully I am wrong

The only deceptive areas I see are the areas that list the contents of the (full) box, and the specs area. Even then though, none of that is expressing that any of that is included.

It'll probably get pulled anyways, which is frankly what should happen. But don't go calling assholes liars when they're just assholes, and not asshole liars.

Actually, the description uses a stock photo and lists the specs of the machine and platform. It implies that you are gettings an XBox 360, so does the tech specs on the bottom. No way eBay lets this auction fly. The person who listed it has to be one hell of a fucking asshole.
 
If the BIN price was something low for a new 360, like 200 dollars, it would have sold immediately. If the seller wasn't both an asshole AND greedy he/she'd have some extra spending money right now.
 
When somebody buys this for $700, they're going to hire somebody for $500 to recover $700 of your teeth.

There's nothing wrong with screwing people, but don't put it in their pooper when they're expecting it in the mouth.
 
It's a form of lying. You state what it is but give plenty of useless and misleading information. It's like one of those riddles that throws in so much extra, useless info knowing that people will pay attention to it.
