Full disclosure: I got this in the mail and would have just thrown it away(it is some kind of magazine advertisement thing about christian colleges), but they already have my address, so I entered. The rules say this:

So I think they are going to send you information about the colleges you say you're interested in(you have to pick 3) and possibly other junk mail like the magazine. Like I said, they already have my address, so I went ahead and entered.
