Dont know if its real or not ... It said i won 250 bucks I belive it when i see it

It looks legit. The domain is linked from paypal's website. I think someone just figured out that after you enter your phone number for their new mobile service that it links you to a generic sweepstakes website. That and the fact that you can't really do anything with just a paypal email address anyway.

Thanks for the deal, I won $5! Nothing to retire on but its $5 more than I had 10 minutes ago.
 
why i think its a scam

Only way to prove you won is a Email they send to you BUT people on fatwallet have said that Paypal is not sending these emails out


so the only way you can prove you won is by getting an email paypal is refusing to send out... (screen shots will not work it says its not proof you won)


Lets see its APril 28 so i should have my 250 by may 26 to June 9


it would just come in time for my mothers birthday...i think i take the 250 and buy them some new carpet for the kitchen..... wont tell them till i get the check dont want to get their hopes up : )

It says somewhere on the site that the email won't be sent right away.

fuck that, paypal sucks! ah well... untill something else comes along I will use them for ebay reasons only.

Hmm, I thought I read somewhere that it would send the email when they planned on sending the money.

well, i just kept putting in different addresses till I won, same will work if you add extra addresses to your paypal account..i think scam!

It's not a scam since you can actually get to the contest through paypal.com, you just have to activate your mobile phone for paypal mobile first.

You can see the first line on the contest says "Thanks for activating your phone for PayPal Mobile."

Its not a scam but if we're "subject to verification" then we're probably screwed and not getting any money.
