This is kind of like an OEM version, except that it's the student version that comes with a serial code in a sealed plastic bag. Looking for... I'm not sure... maybe $75 shipped for it? If that seems too high, please tell me right away--I have absolutely no grasp on the Windows XP OS market.

As far as trades go, I'm looking for mainly current-gen games (especially Gamecube) as well as DVDs (especially TV shows on DVD), but I will look at any offers on any systems.

I can snap a pic of this if necessary.

Thanks for looking!

Yah, $100 is a little high for an oem version. You can usually get them for around $85, sometimes less. And they come with a cd-key in plastic wrapping. I dont know what the difference with the student version is though.

My college is part of some Microsoft program where students who need non-MS Office software can get XP Pro or Visual Studio or what not for $5. I should point out that the CD-Only copy of XP Pro Ive seen has limited features. For example, I've been told you cannot have multiple user accounts on it...

Are you sure about that? I've installed the copy I have (school distributed) and have had no problem making multiple user accounts. I haven't encountered any restrictions or limitations at all, but I'm not an windows xp expert so maybe I'm missing something.
