Would like some other opinions..

This guy on Craigslist is offering me a ''perfect'' condition black DS Lite wiith NO charger for $50. He says it comes with a R4 as well. I've tried to get him lower but no success.

I won't even keep it for myself, I'll defiantly flip it. Do you guys think it's worth it? How much could I really get for a DS Lite without the charger?

Youre probably better off not even dealing with it. DS Lites dont flip well nowadays, especially if you plan to ebay it, after all the fees and everything you end up about the same. And youre down a charger, which is even less chance to get a decent amount for your flip.

Indeed.

I have personal experience trying to sell a DS Lite. I bought one for my fiancee a couple of Christmases ago, but she never used it. It was basically in mint condition. I knew she was holding onto it, just because I bought it. So, I offered to sell it for her. This was around September.

Anyway, I skipped eBay, because I stopped selling there, for the most part, when they instituted even more policies that further painted smaller sellers into a corner. So, I put it up on CAG for $95 shipped and posted it on CL for $90. Considering GS sells them for $110 used, and I saw them for $100+ on eBay, I figured this was a good starting point, considering the condition of the unit. It took me a month to sell it. A month. I finally got a CAG to buy it.

So, of course, after shipping and PP fees, my fiancee got about $80. To me, $30 profit isn't worth the potential headache of dealing with idiotic eBay buyers. If you can get him to come down further, I would go for it. At the same time, I'd wonder about someone selling a DS Lite for $50 or less, especially if it's suppose to be in good condition.
