Would you buy your 7 year old a push up bikini?
I want a "Sexualized creature" but I'll be damn sure to check her ID and make sure shes 18.
That reminds me of what Lawerence Taylor said last week after getting probation for having sex with a underage prostitue..."I don't card them. I don't ask for a birth certificate.":wall:

Didn't know you could choose boy or girl.

To answer the OP: fuck NO!

My wife and I had our first baby who is 7 mos old now, and my wife wants to get her ears pierced. I don't really care one way or another but shouldn't we let her decide if she wants her ears pierced?

I agree with the person who said it's disgusting.

I think this is easily not appropriate for a child even age 10, heck even 13 or 14 almost. The only almost there for those ages I'm referring to is the bikini, not the padding. The padding is easily unacceptable at those ages.
edit: I wouldn't be surprised if some White Trash parent out there would buy this bikini for their kid, even if most people who GMA interviewed would not.

I guess this is really nieve but... at 7 do they even have anything there to fill much less... "push up"...
Why does this need to be asked?
There are a lot of things lately like this. Seems obvious enough, but apparently not to others... Scary.

Yeah the padding is the sick part

The company has some blame for putting the product out there, but they wouldn't put it out there if it didn't sell. (If it doesn't sell, it will disappear) What 8-12 year old can go out to the store and buy one with her own money? Not many. Maybe parents should stop supporting such a market by buying such things for their children.

LOLZ...it's legal so of course it's ok. FREE MARKET RULZ

LOLZ the government should regulate 8 year olds attire rather than parents. LOLZ.

Again how does an 8 year old wear a padded bikini without her parents permission? This is the "video games shouldn't be made so violent/sexual because parents ultimately can't stop their children from playing them anyway" argument with a twist.

There is no right answer. I think yes because it is her body, not yours, but my son is circumcized soooo.... I don't know.

That's a good point, but if a 9 y/o has large breasts, wouldn't she be wearing swimsuits designed for girls with breasts (ie. teen/adult)?

These 7-8 y/o swimsuits are designed for girls that have tiny 7-8 y/o bodies and flat chests. That's where the red flag gets raised.

However, I guess the opposite point could be argued that older girls with unusually small bodies and flat chests now have a better swimsuit option.

uh who cares its not really my place to tell parents what their kids should wear im not the fashion police.

im not really sure that kids should be wearing bikinis at that age or whatnot and if i had children I think id only buy them one piece bathing suits but to each their own.

But what will the world come to if the rest of us didn't pass judgement on your parenting decisions? I mean you obviously cannot be trusted with the responsibility of parenting so the public must step in and censor such things. Amiright?

i like your style

then again id probably be like wtf if i saw a little kid at the beach wearing a thong. But I dont see the outrage over a padded bikini vs say a regular bikini and nor do I feel the need to tell other people what they should or shouldn't do as tbh this doesn't impact my life at all.

Its mildly ironic that the same media reporting about people claiming outrage is the same media that gives women a distorted self image which probably causes them to wear things like padded bikinis in the first place.
