Would you trust this Ebay picture?

Was thinking about bidding on an ODST&Forza 3 bundle on Ebay, and the only thing making me start to doubt wanting to throw a bid down is the item picture:

Would you trust that? I mean, it's not a picture of the case itself... the description is "This XBOX 360 Forza Motorsport 3 / Halo 3 ODST Combo Pack is Brand New and Factory Sealed!!!"

Opinions?

seems like someone is just too lazy to take a picture. If their feedback is fine there shouldnt be a problem.

It's probably legit. Just be wary of sellers that sell games for children. I remember buying a Pokemon Pearl from a seller that had near perfect feedback. When I got the game, it was an obvious bootleg. As soon as I complained, seller swiftly refunded me and told me to keep the game. Also, he changed his username for the 5th or 6th time. All he sold were Pokemon games, so most likely his buyers are unknowing parents that can't tell the difference.

Refunded you and let you keep the game so you'd hush-hush about it?

Precisely. I won the game for a pretty cheap price and I didn't want to waste money to ship it back. He knew what he was doing and I was onto him. There was one neutral feedback he got that said it was a copy, but it was kind of lost in the masses of mom and dad 'yay, my kid loves it' feedbacks. So I left it be.

All in all, I got my money back. No further action needed.

Also with the game you're gonna buy, I'm not completely sure about this and someone might be able to answer it, but I've seen so many of these 2-in-1 sets on ebay and it just makes me think that some of them have to be bootleg. I got a sealed Sonic Superstars Tennis bundle and on the outside of it, it would say "Made in Mexico" which I have never seen before, and I have 2 others of the 2-in-1 sets. So maybe they're all made in Mexico?

I don't really plan on joining in on the inevitable bidding war that'll occur as the auction gets close to the end. If by some miracle my bid wins, then I won't really be losing much.

Don't tell people how much you actually bid to prevent snipers from sniping your auction.

Also I doubt they are bootleg. Tons of people bought these new bundles and just took the games out to sell them for an extra $50. With the $50 gift card most stores gave with this bundle plus $50 for the games you sell on ebay you get a brand new elite for around $200 which is a sweet deal. Also I'm sure some stores did this as well. Sell the elite for $300 and the games for $50 to make $350 instead of $300

Good point. *Coughdeletethequotecough*

No, but
They've had 100% feedback, and 359 star things, whatever those are.
I'd damn sure trust that.

You should really look into their feedback though. There are lots of people who "buy feedback" to boost their scores. They usually buy/sell items for $0.01. What they use that score for, I'm not sure; but it isn't a legit score.

I saw someone with a feedback score of over 300 after only being registered for a month. A few weeks later I looked them up again and it was over 600. Almost every single item they bought was $0.01-$0.11. So keep that in mind. Caveat emptor.

Aaand it's up to about 9 dollars now. All set with this. If I'm going to buy ODST/Forza 3 I'll just get it off of Amazon/another store site. To be honest, I've never really trusted Ebay.

This two in one set isn't a bootleg. The new 360 elite bundle comes with ODST and Forza 3 and they are packaged together in one box like that.

Also, the only games you should worry about getting bootlegs of are DS and GBA games. You can't make a bootleg 360 game that will play on a non modded 360.
