WOW my 360 got the 3 red lights

& "Richard" told me it will take a total of 4-6 weeks. Wow screw M$. 4-6 weeks & all I get is 1 month of live. All I have to say is

On the plus side, if you wait the 4-6 weeks you will get your same console back with the problem fixed and new cooling retrofitted - meaning your content is unaffected. If you complain for quicker turnaround they will send you someone else's refurb and you probably will have to redownload all of your content and XBLA games.

Why would you have to do that? When mine got fixed , I kept my HDD.
