I have a gamestop card...do you know which gamestops though? I've only been to the one in El Cerrito and Emeryville (never again); it's not listed on the Gamestop website and so I can't check the location. And I have this dumb intense paranoid fear that if I call the store, the employees might pick it up for themselves or something (because I've done that myself, hehe)

I saw one at the Milpitas GS (probably too far for you). Using their web site it shows it is in stock. The website also show at least 3-4 location with this game (at least 2 in Fremont) but I have never been to any of those location myself but I think at least one of those store should have this game. If my sister decide to go to the mall this weekend and they still have it in stock I can have her picked it up.
