WTB: Tactics Ogre: Wheel of Fate Collector's Edition [IMPORT]?

I was reading gaming news yesterday and happened to stumble upon an interesting article that mentioned a listing through Square/Enix's online store for a Tactics Ogre: Wheel of Fate Collector's Pack. I tried to register and purchase this through the online store, but was not able to do so.

Does anyone know where one might be able to preorder this version of the game and have it imported? I've already checked estarland and play-asia, but it doesn't look like they even have a listing for the CE version. I am a HUGE fan of the Tactics Ogre game from the PS1 era and I would love to get my hands on this edition, if at all possible. Although, I have never really imported a japanese game before, so I'm pretty much clueless on this, and I was hoping someone with some insight would be able to help. Thanks!

Just out of curiosity I checked NCSX because they'd be the only importer I'd ever deal with. They've been around forever.

You can do a preorder and possibly still get the tarot cards. Doesn't look like its necessarily the CE but, better than nothing.

Honestly, considering the game is so close to release. I doubt you'll find it very easily. The tarot cards apparently are only being given away at a 20% ratio to preorders.
