WTB: TurboGrafx 16

I'm looking for either a TurboGrafx-16 system (w/ CD-ROM attachment if possible) or a TurboDuo. I can't spend a lot of money, but I need a system that I can immediately plug in and play - not one that is missing cords or power supply, etc. My main purpose for the system is the wealth of good 2D shooters available, like Blazing Lazers or the "Soldier" series of games. There are also a few other Turbo exclusives that I want to have.

I don't want to pay much more than $50 or $60 for a complete (no box is okay) TG16 (that would include all hookups & Keith Courage game).

That's easily doable. I paid around $50-$60 shipped for a decent-condition TG16 with Keith Courage, Bonks Revenge, and Baseball (card only).
 
If you could find out from your friend I'd really appreciate it. Let me know how he wants the money (personal check, money order, PayPal eCheck, etc) and let me know. Thanks a lot!
