Ok Guys, here's what's going on:

A few days ago (2/17) a placed an order with EBGames for two pre-played GBA games. I got an email that the order shipped that same day and got a tracking number. Now, yesterday when i checked usps.com, they said that my package had been delivered at 9:37am on February 21st.

I think, cool! let's go get it out of the mailbox. So i go to the mailbox, no mail. Maybe my wife got the mail first. So when she gets home i ask: nope, she didn't get the mail. Then my buddy reminds me that it's President's day and the post office is closed (i.e. no mail delivery). Ok so i'm confused but figure no big deal, it'll show up tomorrow.

So today after work i go check the mail (after going by the post office - but forgetting to ask about this situation), two bills but no EBGames package... So i think to myself, "Self, what the shaq-fu is going on?"

Anybody been in a situation like this before? Should I give this a few more days for the package to show up? Do I need to contact the Post Office about a delivery problem? I didn't have insurance, as EB doesn't offer it, and I'm a little worried that the mailman put the package in the wrong mail box. Most people around here would return it to me, but you never know. It might just be that the USPS website is screwed up, or it might be something else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

That happened to me once. The tracking said it was delievered to my address, but I never recieved it. So the next morning I called my post office and they said they still had it... So I just drove down there to pick it up.

go to your local post office. They should have it because it happen to me several times, I mean lots of time.

Most of my package would get sent to that address #5331 72ND Street This is my address #6331 72nd Street. The people of that house would always return it to the postal office. So, when I don't get my shiet, it probably at the post office.

That is really weird that they scanned it as delivered on a day when there was no mail delivery. Nice job USPS.

I wish they'd get their act together and convert DC into real tracking a la UPS/Fedex/etc.

Thanks all. luckily i work tomorrow night so i'll hit up the post office tomorrow morning and see if i have any luck. will keep ya posted!

Definitely call them. Someone probably worked parcels on the holiday and scanned the package in but didn't actually deliver it. Why they didn't deliver it the next day is odd though. Could be the regular carrier was out that day and the replacement didn't do all his work or he was just being lazy.

Talked to the mailman today. he was absolutely no help. whatever. the package came in the mail today and both of the games work just fine. Yah! Thanks for the help anyway!

You should change the title now then. :D

Glad to hear you got your games...

Mail isn't considered lost until it has been fourteen delivery days (which doesn't include Sunday) after you dropped it off in a box, or dropped it off at a USPS office. Until that point, it's still considered in transit.
