That said, lower CAG ships first. If we're within one or two of each other I might ask to simul-ship. I typically use USPS first class with delivery confirmation. I usually ship same day or next at latest.
I will negotiate, provided the offer isn't a low ball. I would prefer non-cc paypal and may be unwilling to accept sales offers with different payment methods (unless it's a large lot).
