WWE All Stars pre-order bonuses

Does anyone know if there are any other pre-order bonuses for WWE All Stars? I know Gamestop has the Million Dollar DLC pack with Ted DiBiase Sr. & Jr. and Amazon has a crappy mini guide, but I haven't heard of anyone else's. I al leaning towards getting it at KMart depending on the "offer TBD" that Josh refuses to make known as we are now 6 days from the release.

I may order from Amazon due to the 99 cent release day shipping and no tax. I loath Gamestop and I could always buy the Million Dollar pack down the road.
