Seems like a damn good deal to me, even though they are refurbed. . . I have had awesome luck dealing with woot in the past. They are a classy organization that occasionally offers really good daily deals =)

Sort of hinted at it in the original post, but Woot does *daily deals*.

That means at very best this thing will be up until 12am tomorrow morning (4/20). All of their stuff is 24 hour deals (unless there is an infamous woot-off going on). I wouldnt be super shocked if they run out before then though. . . . Just don't think you are going to "get in" on this on Monday or Tuesday morning.

Don't be. MS warranties the RROD for 3 years, and these are HDMI systems, which haven't existed for 3 years.

Point is moot for this deal, considering it's OOS, but this is for future reference concerning used/refurbed 360s. MS only gives the warranty to the original owner. If this console was already registered, you would not be entitled to any free service from them. I do believe you can buy a warranty from a 3rd party, but now, you're just looking at spending more money on this, making the deal less attractrive.
